Studying long non-coding RNAs in colorectal cancer by targeted transcriptional analysis of paraffin-embedded samples

Our collection contains formalin-fixed, paraffin-embedded (FFPE) tissues from matched normal and tumoral colorectal cancer samples, fresh frozen tiisues (FF), and cncer cell lines. Most samples were enriched in long non-coding RNAs using a custom kit (CoLong) while others were enriched with a commercial kit (SeqCap-lncRNA) and a few of them were non-enriched. In most of the cases, the enrichement was performed after total RNA extraction while in others we used polyA enrichment.
