We report changes in the S. cerevisiae transcriptome in response to 30s irradiation with a UV laser Overall design: Cells (3 biological replicates) were irradiated for 30s with a UV laser. Irradiated and control cells (non-irradiated) were transferred to growth medium, samples for RNASeq analysis were collected at 0, 15, 30 and 60 minutes post-transfer.
