Constructional Competition in Kazakh Deontic Modality: Reproducibility Package for Probabilistic Specialization in Enacted Legislation

This record contains the reproducibility package for the study “Constructional Competition in Kazakh Deontic Modality: Probabilistic Specialization in Enacted Legislation”. The study examines constructional competition among the Kazakh deontic forms mindetti, tiis, and qajet in 2,188 enacted legislative documents comprising 13,702,145 word tokens. The archived materials support the analysis of functional disambiguation, construction frequency and dispersion, distinctive collexeme associations, semantic and morphosyntactic profiles, document-grouped multinomial modelling, constructional diversity, and robustness across alternative analytical scenarios. The package includes de-identified analytical data, extraction and analysis code, documentation, manifests, quality-assurance outputs, statistical results, source data for tables and figures, and materials for the linguistic review of selected examples. The reproducibility build contains 11,261 de-identified analytical rows and was assembled from 198 evidence files. Raw legal source texts are not redistributed in this package. The source documents remain accessible through the official Adilet legal information system. The C06 draft branch is excluded because validated full-text Kazakh draft materials did not satisfy the comparability criterion. The package is intended to support verification, replication, and further corpus-linguistic research on Kazakh legal modality.
