Human Xenium spatial transcriptomics dataset of diffuse large B-cell lymphoma Overview This Zenodo record contains human Xenium spatial transcriptomics data generated from diffuse large B-cell lymphoma samples. The dataset includes two Xenium slides: * slide 0028954* slide 0038329 For each slide, selected raw Xenium output files are provided, including the cell-feature matrix, cell metadata, transcript coordinates, cell boundaries, nucleus boundaries, and run metrics. Processed cell-level metadata are also provided.
