各級政府退休(職)政務人員調降退休(職)所得節省經費挹注退撫基金金額

依公務人退休資遣撫卹法第40條及政務人員退職撫卹條例第22條規定，公(政)務人員因調降退休所得於各級政府每年所節省之退撫經費支出，應全數挹注退撫基金，不得挪作他用；其金額應每年由考試院會同行政院確定後並公告。

Pursuant to Article 40 of the Act on Retirement, Separation and Pension Benefits for Public Servants and Article 22 of the Act on Retirement and Pension Benefits for Political Appointees, the annual retirement and severance benefit expenditures saved by all levels of government due to the reduction of retirement income for public (political) servants shall be fully allocated to the Retirement, Separation and Pension Fund, and shall not be diverted for any other purposes; the amount of such expenditures shall be determined and announced by the Examination Yuan jointly with the Executive Yuan each year.
