The transient particle flow caused by the boundary localized mode increases the tungsten impurity sputtering yield of the divertor target plate. To solve the tungsten sputtering problem under the boundary localized mode, an analysis program is developed. The program is mainly composed of three parts. The first part is the model of boundary local mode, which adopts the 'free streaming' dynamic theory model (FSM); The second part is the model of sheath structure change caused by boundary localized mode; The third part is the physical sputtering model of tungsten. The program is written by Compaq Visual Fortran, which can calculate the evolution of impurity generation with time after the bombardment energy of main ion and impurity ion on tungsten material, but does not consider the influence of magnetic field angle change on impurity generation. This program supports the published articles [ou, et al., Chin. Phys. B Vol. 28, No. 12 (2019) 125201].
