Modulation of serum cytokins profiles in hospitalized COVID-19 patients with NRICM101: A preliminary observational study

This prospective observational study enrolled 51 hospitalized COVID-19 patients infected with the Alpha variant in northern Taiwan from April to June 2022. Fourteen patients received NRICM101 in addition to standard supportive care, while 37 received standard care alone. Serum cytokines, including IL-6, IL-16, IP-10, MCP-1, and PDGF-BB, were measured using multiplex immunoassay. Clinical data such as disease progression, oxygen requirement, length of hospitalization, and mortality were collected.<br><br>
