Source data for RPcontact

This dataset contains source data and reproducibility files for the RPcontact manuscript. The package includes dataset metadata, training-ablation results, full-length benchmark prediction scores and ground-truth distance matrices, Figure 2 source tables, and representative case-study data for reproducing contact-map and true-positive-count analyses. Reproduction scripts are provided for the main numerical checks, benchmark global metrics, ablation summaries and case-study contact maps.
