These data are about content and morphology of Cd and As in sampling sites; Richness, diversity and evenness of microbial communities; Location of Cd resistance genes and As resistance genes on microorganisms. This dataset is designed to reveal the characteristics of cadmium and arsenic pollution and the resistance genes and key factors that affect the transformation of cadmium and arsenic. The research type is descriptive investigation and analysis of the current situation. The data was obtained through Metagenomic sequencing and database comparison. The data type is a numerical table.
