SubCom analysis for an anilinde-degrading microbial community

We implemented sub-community-based analysis (SubCom analysis) to disentangle community-wide aniline degradation by a microbial community. This study aims to obtain paired composition-function data from several subcommunities and demonstrate its utility to infer functional interactions within microbiomes.
