This dataset contains aggregated, county-level annual data used for the spatiotemporal analysis of human brucellosis in Ningxia Hui Autonomous Region, China, spanning the years 2007 to 2022.
Data Content:
Health Outcome: Number of human brucellosis cases and population for incidence calculation.
Livestock Production: Year-end inventories of cattle, dairy cattle, pigs, sheep, and goats; numbers of animals slaughtered.
Agricultural Output: Total meat output and breakdowns (pork, beef, mutton), milk output.
Economic Indicators: Gross Output Value of Animal Husbandry and Regional Gross Domestic Product.
Environmental Variables: Annual average temperature, precipitation, sunshine duration, and wind speed.
Geographic Coverage: Major counties and districts within Ningxia Hui Autonomous Region.
Temporal Coverage: 2007 – 2022.
Data Sources: Human case data from the Ningxia Center for Disease Control and Prevention. Livestock, economic, and meteorological data compiled from the official Ningxia Statistical Yearbooks.
