py2sess 1.0.0 paper data package

This archive contains the data tables, benchmark inputs, timing outputs, validation summaries, and archive-relative scripts supporting the py2sess 1.0.0 manuscript. The package includes full-spectrum thermal-emission and reflected-solar benchmark inputs, compact OCO-3 reconstruction source tables, DISORT flux-comparison summaries, synthetic forward/Jacobian timing summaries, profile-Jacobian validation data, and provenance manifests. Raw OCO-3 NASA HDF5 granules are not redistributed; exact product names, dates, granules, and sounding-selection identifiers are provided in data_sources/oco3_public_data_note.md.
