We provide comprehensive proteomic profiling of CTNNA1 and its ubiquitylated forms in HEK293T cells, including: (1) Interactome analysis of native and ubiquitylated CTNNA1 via immunoaffinity purification-mass spectrometry (IP-MS); (2) Ubiquitylation site mapping using LC-MS/MS. Dataset includes raw spectra, and processed identification files.Raw data were analyzed using MaxQuant (version 1.6.17.0 and version 2.0.3.0) searched against human FASTA database, or mouse CTNNA1 FASTA (P26231) for CTNNA1 ubiquitylation sites identification. For ubiquitylation sites identification, the (GlyGly) remnants search was enabled.
