Whole Genome Analysis of symbiotic rhizobacteria isolated from Vigna marina

Whole genome analysis of symbiotic rhizobacteria isolated from the salt-tolerant seaside plant, Vigna marina, will be conducted to investigate the mechanism of environmental stress tolerance and the horizontal gene transfer of symbiosis-related genes from other rhizobia which habitat are sympatric.
