A multi-level semantic analysis of Korean ideophones_Dataset

This dataset accompanies the submitted paper “A multi-level semantic analysis of Korean ideophones: A Semantic Grid account and typological implications.”This dataset contains coded motion event expressions of Korean motion verbs and ideophones extracted from three literary works and the spoken coupus. It includes: (1) a list of Korean motion verbs and their coded verb types, (2) a list of ideophones analyzed with the Semantic Grid framework, (3 to 5) original sentences from literary sources, and (6) original sentences from spoken corpus data.
