Pacific white shrimp (Litopenaeus vannamei) is the most productive shrimp species in world aquaculture industry. The quality of larvae is closely related to the growth and development of shrimps in subsequent culture stages. However, the bacterial community composition of larvae shrimp and its relationship with habitat bacteria are unclear.
