NeuroTrack Data

This dataset contains gold-standard neuron annotations used for training and evaluation, proposed method neuron reconstructions, training neuron image volumes, tracing seed points, and supplementary data tables. The folder gold166_swcs_corrected contains gold-standard SWC neuron annotations used to evaluate the reconstructions from other methods which were generated on uncropped images. The gold166_tifs_cropped contains the TIFF image volumes used for training and testing the proposed method which were cropped to fit the neuron coordinates to reduce file size and loading time. The gold166_swcs_cropped folder contains the shifted SWC files corresponding to the cropped image volumes.
