Differentially expressed genes in Day 3 and Day 14 partially resected mouse submandibular salivary glands compared to Day 3 mock surgery control

We used microarray to examine the effects of salivary gland resection on gene expression at two time points compared to a mock surgery control. We analyzed gene expression from mock surgery control, Day 3 resected, and Day 14 resected mice using the Clariom S Array platform. Array data was processed using Transcriptome Analysis Console (TAC 4.0) Software. There were 3 biological replicates per condition
