Sirt6 acts as a negative regulator of FceRI signaling cascade in mast cells by suppressing PTPRC transcription. Activation of Sirt6 may therefore represent a promising and novel therapeutic strategy for anaphylaxis. Overall design: RNA-Seq in WT and KO BMMCs to identify any transcriptional changes caused by Sirt6 deficiency
