Supplementary Table 1. Zircon U-Pb LA-ICP-MS geochronological data collected in the University of Lausanne. It contains the full datasets and relevant concordia plots.

Supplementary Table 2. Geochemical composition of the Late Triassic orthogneisses of the Rymill Granite Complex.

Supplementary Table 3. Hf and O isotopic composition of the zircons. Hf data was collected in the University of Geneva and the O data in the University of Lausanne. It includes the standard results obtained for the Hf-isotope analyses.

Supplementary Table 4. Zircon U-Pb LA-ICP-MS Standard data collected in the University of Lausanne. It contains the detail of the standard analyses collected during the sessions (GJ-1 and Plešovice).
