CHIC portal

This is a preprint of the publication 'Electronic patient portal pre-clinic questionnaire for collecting child hearing PROMs: A pilot study'. This quality improvement study piloted the uptake of an electronic medical record (EMR) portal delivered pre-clinic questionnaire to families of deaf and hard of hearing children who attended a paediatric tertiary hearing loss clinic. It aimed to understand the barriers and enablers to EMR portal uptake and questionnaire completion.
