Atomistic simulation dataset for force-dependent persistence of platelet CLEC-2 and GPVI receptor dimers

This record contains supporting materials for molecular dynamics simulations of platelet CLEC-2 and GPVI receptor dimers. The files include representative PDB structures, visualization videos, processed analysis data, and figure/source data related to equilibrium simulations, pulling simulations, umbrella sampling, and constant-force survival analysis. The manuscript and full raw trajectories are not included. Raw trajectories are available from the corresponding author upon reasonable request.
