This dataset is a curated collection of target images for training Neural Cellular Automata (NCAs) to generate 2D living organisms based on both internal and external signals. It includes organism images grown by NCAs using distinct internal signals, which exhibit rich diversity in terms of shape and color. Additionally, the dataset features 16 variants of green geckos with their limbs removed. The core objective of this task is to train Neural Cellular Automata to grow organisms and appropriately respond to input signals.
