Copper exports from Chile 2023, by country of destination

Asia is by far the main region of destination for copper exports from Chile. In 2023, copper exports to Asia amounted to nearly 32.7 billion U.S. dollars, out of which approximately 24 billion dollars were destined for China. Outside of Asia, the U.S. was the leading destination for Chilean copper exports, with a value of about 4.68 billion dollars.
