The animals (n = 6) were treated with crude extract and fractions from T. satureioides at 60 mg/kg. Indomethacin was used as a positive control (60 mg/kg). The differences between treatment and control were tested using ANOVA followed by Turkey's test. Values are mean ± SEM, (n = 6), where * corresponds to P <.05, ** corresponds to P <.01 and *** corresponds to P <.001 compared to control.
