This dataset is information taken from a Microsoft Access database developed and used to manage 2592 examples of unparliamentary language recorded in the New Zealand Parliament from 1891 to 1949. Source of the data was the print volumes of New Zealand Parliamentary Debates or Hansard. For each example, the parliament, the language ruled unparliamentary, Hansard reference, chamber and user of the language is given.
