Multi-omics dataset of gut microbiome, serum metabolome, and whole-blood transcriptome in patients undergoing coronary angiographic evaluation
收藏资源简介:
This dataset contains processed multi-omics data from 100 non-diabetic participants who underwent coronary angiographic evaluation. It includes stool 16S rRNA gene sequencing data, untargeted serum metabolomics data acquired in positive- and negative-ion modes, and peripheral whole-blood RNA-sequencing data. The dataset was generated to investigate associations among body mass index (BMI), coronary artery disease complexity quantified using the total SYNTAX score, gut microbial composition, serum metabolic features, and whole-blood transcriptomic signatures. The microbiome dataset includes OTU abundance data, representative sequences, taxonomic assignments, MMUPHin batch-corrected abundance data, alpha-diversity indices, and Bray–Curtis PCoA coordinates. The metabolomics dataset includes positive- and negative-ion-mode feature abundance matrices, metabolite annotations, shared BMI- and SYNTAX-associated metabolic features, and high-confidence candidate metabolites. The transcriptomic dataset includes gene-level count and TPM matrices, a ComBat batch-corrected TPM expression matrix, and batch-correction parameters. All study samples are represented by de-identified study identifiers. No directly identifying participant information is included. Detailed descriptions of the deposited files and data-processing information are provided in the accompanying README file.
