Transcriptomic profiling of FDH cells expressing wild-type or Site 4 mutant IL-3 receptor

RNA was extracted after treatment of FDH cells expressing wild-type or Site 4 mutant IL-3 receptor with IL-3 and the transcriptome was characterised using RNA sequencing. Overall design: FDH cells expressing wild-type IL3Ra or IL3Ra P248L and bc were incubated with 100 ng/ml IL-3 for 2 and 5 days. RNA was extracted from 10^6 cells/condition using the Ambion mirVana miRNA isolation kit with phenol and RNA-seq was performed.
