RNA-seq analysis of Mesorhizobium ciceri cultured with or without methylated isoflavones

Mesorhizobium ciceri NBRC100389 was cultured with or without various methylated isoflavones including pratensein, biochanin A, genistein and naringenin at 30 °C for 24 hours, and the cells were applied to RNA extraction for sequencing. The sequencing was performed by NovaSeq 6000 (150 x 2 bp).
