WQGNet: Source data, model checkpoints and code snapshots

This record contains version 1.0.0 of the companion reproducibility materials for the manuscript “Crystal graph neural networks in symmetry quotient space”, which introduces the Wyckoff Quotient Graph Network (WQGNet). The deposit includes source data and analysis outputs supporting the reported results, available trained model checkpoints, historical code snapshots associated with experimental runs, a run manifest, release documentation, and SHA-256 checksum lists. The run manifest records artifact availability and distinguishes runs included in the paper from historical and internal runs. The README describes the archive layout and reproduction workflow. The current WQGNet source-code release is archived separately as a Software record. The historical code snapshots included here document the implementations associated with individual experimental runs.
