The Connect 2045 employment forecast is based on county level employment forecasts for 2045 from Woods and Poole economics Inc. The county level job totals were assigned to towns in proportion to each town's share of the county's employment. Each town's employment growth was assigned to TAZs based on input from town staff on where growth is expected to happen over the next 20 years.
