RNA sequencing of brown adipose tissue from obese mice treated with Akebia Saponin D

Three experimental groups of mice were used for this study. The first group received a standard chow diet as a control. The second group was exposed to a high fat diet, while the third group underwent both the high fat diet and treatment with Akebia saponin D. brown adipose tissue RNA extraction and sequencing were carried out using standardized protocols.
