The artifact encodes the Shakla V’tarya (give-and-take) dialectic method, forcing the model to map complex legal arguments into accessible, structured English logic arcs. Architecture The Phial functions as a procedural logic engine. It prioritizes the Sevara (underlying logic) over literal translation. It includes a specific syntax for: Dialectic Mapping: Tracing the Kashya (Difficulty) to Terutz (Resolution) in 3-line arcs. Variable Isolation: Tabulating complex legal variables (e.g., Time vs. Mixture Type) into "Variable Tangle" matrices. Hermeneutic Flagging: Automated iconographic tagging for exegetical principles (e.g., Kal Va-Chomer, Gezeira Shava) to facilitate "Limmud" (study) modes. Recursive Openness: Ensuring every session ends on an "Open Kashya" to facilitate continuous study loops.
