Paralytic shellfish toxin data from shellfish samples collected in the Kodiak Islands (City of Kodiak, Old Harbor, Ouzinkie) and the Alaska Peninsula (Sand Point, King Cove) during 2015-2018. Data include sample location information, latitude, Longitude, Collection Date, sample identifier number, species, sample type, analysis method and other relevant information. Samples analyzed by HPLC were run at the NOAA Beaufort Laboratory (Beaufort, NC).
