To determine the function of STING in ILC3s, we performed bulk RNA sequencing on CCR6+ ILC3s sorted from the large intestine of naïve Sting1 f/f and ROR t-cre x Sting1 f/f mice. Overall design: CCR6+ ILC3s (sorted as CD45-dim CD90-hi CD3- CD5- NK1.1- TCR - CD11b- CD11c- B220- CD127+ CCR6+) were sorted from the large intestine of naïve Sting1 f/f and ROR t-cre x Sting1 f/f mice. Cells were sorted from 4 individual mice as biologic replicates for each group.
