Effects of urolithin B treatment on gene expression of IAPP-expressing yeast cells

To investigate the effects of ppIAPP-GFP expression and urolithin B treatment in the gene expression of Saccharomyces cerevisiae cells, we compared different cells: cells expressing the empty vector, cells expressing ppIAPP-GFP, cells expressing the empty vector treated with urolithin B, cells expressing ppIAPP-GFP treated with urolithin B为探究ppIAPP-GFP表达与尿石素B（urolithin B）处理对酿酒酵母（Saccharomyces cerevisiae）细胞基因表达的影响，本研究对四组不同的细胞进行了对比分析：转染空载体的细胞、表达ppIAPP-GFP的细胞、经尿石素B处理的空载体转染细胞，以及经尿石素B处理的ppIAPP-GFP表达细胞。
