Schoolchildren and Health (Parents Survey, Elementary School)

Knowledge and conduct in the area of health as well as problems of health education of children from the view of their parents. Topics: The content of this survey is largely identical to the teachers survey. Differing from the teachers survey in the introductory question formulations for the respective scales the relation to one´s own child was established. The following additional question was posed: illnesses of the child up to now. The judgement on the questionnaire in the teachers survey was replaced here by a judgement on the respondent by the interviewer. Demography: age; sex; school year; number of children; school education; occupation; household income; state. Interviewer rating: willingness of respondent to cooperate and his mood at conclusion of the interview; social class of respondent; length of interview.
