As methyltransferase G9a has been implicated in immune cell differentiation we have assessed the role of G9a enzymatic inhibitors (UNC0642) in the differentiation of human naïve T-cells under different stimulation conditions. Overall design: Human naïve T cells obtained from healthy donors were differentiated in vitro in the presence of UNC0642 2uM concentration. Cells were treated with anti-CD3 and anti-CD28 stimulation in the presence or not of regulatory T cell cytokines (IL-2 and TGF-b).
