对杭州市滨江区科技型中小企业进行业务价值评价，有助于业务人员后续对于高新技术企业的进一步跟进，为进一步开发后续的高新技术企业等项目辅导业务提供价值判断。采集该区域科技型中小企业，筛选非高新技术企业，剔除掉行政处罚、环保处罚等企业。得分规则：1.官网“有”+10分，“无”不得分； 2.参保人数≥5人，得5分，否则为0分； 3.企业规模=XS (微型)的2分，=S (小型)的5分，=M (中型)的10分，=L (大型)的15分； 4.注册资本/100的计算结果为该项得分； 5.（数据导出时间即2023年12月20日-成立日期）/365；上述得分相加四舍五入后为最终的客户价值得分。

Performing business value evaluation on technology-based small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) in Binjiang District, Hangzhou, helps business personnel follow up with high-tech enterprises subsequently, and provides value judgments for further development of subsequent project consulting businesses targeting high-tech enterprises and similar services.
The dataset is collected from technology-based SMEs in this region, with two-stage filtering: first, exclude non-high-tech enterprises, second, remove enterprises that have received administrative penalties or environmental protection penalties.
The scoring rules are specified as follows:
1. 10 points will be awarded if the enterprise has an "official website", otherwise 0 points;
2. 5 points will be awarded if the number of employees participating in social insurance is ≥5, otherwise 0 points;
3. 2 points will be awarded for enterprise scale class XS (micro), 5 points for S (small), 10 points for M (medium), and 15 points for L (large);
4. The score for this item is calculated as the registered capital divided by 100;
5. Calculate the intermediate value as (data export date, which is December 20, 2023, minus the enterprise's establishment date) divided by 365; Sum all the above scores and round to get the final customer value score.
