Astrocytes derived from normal and aneuploid human embryonic stem cells, along with CCF-STTG1 astrocytoma cell line, and using three biological replicates for each sample, were used to develop an in-vitro model system, to identify biomarkers for astrocytic cancer cells and premalignant stem-like progenitors.
