重点研究300米高度范围的湍流风特性,数据来源于位于北京的325米气象高塔(代表平原城市典型地形)和布放在山东东营测试场址(代表平原沿海典型地形)的激光雷达。气象塔数据观测高度分别为47, 80, 140, 200, 280m,采样频率为10Hz,观测要素为三维脉动风速分量u, v, w。对测试场址的两台激光雷达,上风口点位安装Windmast-WP350垂直型测风激光雷达一套,观测高度从17m-350m测量15个高度的数据;下风口位置安装Wind Flux 3000型测风激光雷达一套,观测高度从17m-1000m,至少50个高度的数据。观测要素为不同高度层风速、风向等风资源信息。基于提出的风模型对两种典型地形下湍流风特性分析,形成研究报告。数据量约200MB。

This study focuses on the turbulent wind characteristics within the 300-meter altitude range. The data are collected from two sources: a 325-meter meteorological tower located in Beijing (representing typical plain urban terrain) and lidars deployed at the test site in Dongying, Shandong Province (representing typical plain coastal terrain). For the meteorological tower, the observation heights are 47, 80, 140, 200, and 280 m, with a sampling frequency of 10 Hz, and the observed variables include three-dimensional fluctuating wind velocity components u, v, and w. For the two lidars at the test site: one Windmast-WP350 vertical wind-measuring lidar is installed at the upwind position, collecting data at 15 heights ranging from 17 m to 350 m; one Wind Flux 3000 wind-measuring lidar is installed at the downwind position, collecting data at no less than 50 heights ranging from 17 m to 1000 m. The observed variables include wind resource information such as wind speed and wind direction at different altitude layers. Based on the proposed wind model, the turbulent wind characteristics under the two typical terrains are analyzed, and a research report is compiled. The total data volume is approximately 200 MB.
