The original description can be found below: Air quality data collected every 5 minutes via a network of sensors deployed throughout the city. The devices record particulate matter (PM2.5), temperature and humidity. Although you can develop an application using this data, we recommend you use the real time API located at: https://winnipeg-aq-sta.sensorup.com/v1.0 (Developer documentation here http://developers.sensorup.com/docs/) as this data is collected for historical purposes.
