We developed a tumor-specific biomimetic Wnt pathway suppressor with nano-size and a convenient preparation process, capable of targeting the Wnt/beta-catenin pathway in lung adenocarcinoma cells. We would like to test the inhibitory effect of beta-catenin in vivo and the suppression of tumor growth through animal experiments.
