Whole genome resequencing of Neodiprion lecontei and Neodiprion pinetum sampled across eastern North America

The goals of this study were to: 1) characterize patterns of population structure within each species across geographic space; and 2) test the hypothesis that human disturbance increases hybridization. With these data, we can better understand the factors that promote or inhibit hybridization.
