Comparative genomic insights into the taxonomy of Edwardsiella tarda isolated from different hosts: marine, freshwater and migratory fish. Edwardsiella tarda strain:ASE201307

Edwardsiella tarda, has been isolated from many animal species worldwide, especially fish species. Its broad host range indicates the diversity in taxonomy. ASE201307 was a strain of E. tarda isolated from freshwater Asian swamp eel. We added genome of E. tarda strain isolated from freshwater fish to comparative genomics study for the first time to present a new viewpoint on taxonomy of E tarda isolated from different living environment.
