IGSF11 is required for pericentric heterochromatin dissociation during meiotic diplotene

We compared the differences in transcriptional and chromatin structure between Igsf11 knockout or control mouse spermatocytes RNA-seq analysis of leptotene and pachytene spermatocytes from Igsf11 knockout or control mouse spermatocytes. Hi-C analysis of diplotene or abnormal spermatocytes from control or Igsf11 knockout mouse spermatocytes.本数据集旨在对比Igsf11基因敲除（Igsf11 knockout）与对照小鼠精母细胞的转录组及染色质结构差异，包含两项实验分析：其一，对取自Igsf11敲除及对照小鼠的细线期（leptotene）、粗线期（pachytene）精母细胞开展RNA测序（RNA-seq）分析；其二，对取自对照或Igsf11敲除小鼠的双线期（diplotene）精母细胞与异常精母细胞开展Hi-C分析。
