新生儿破伤风数据库是中国疾病预防控制中心建立的专业数据库，收集了自2004年网络直报以来的全部数据。该数据库包含分地区、年龄组、性别、职业和病种等多种维度的发病人数、发病率、死亡人数和死亡率等信息。数据库主要记录新生儿破伤风这一由破伤风杆菌引起的急性感染性疾病数据，该病通常发生在出生后4-7天，主要症状为牙关紧闭和全身肌肉强直性痉挛。The Neonatal Tetanus Database is a professional database established by the Chinese Center for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), which collects all data reported via the national online direct reporting system since 2004. This database contains information across multiple dimensions including region, age group, gender, occupation and disease category, such as the number of incident cases, incidence rate, number of deaths and mortality rate. The database primarily records data on neonatal tetanus, an acute infectious disease caused by Clostridium tetani. This disease typically occurs 4 to 7 days after birth, with main symptoms including trismus and generalized muscular tonic spasms.
