资源简介:

This record provides a self-contained replication bundle (v7.1) for Objective 1: 1-km geodiversity hotspot mapping in Yellowstone National Park using open data and an open-source Python workflow. The package includes processed inputs, provenance manifests, checksum files for integrity verification, and Python scripts (one-click runner) that generate: (i) a 1-km grid clipped to the official park boundary, (ii) per-cell thermal footprint (m²), lithological richness (unique geologic units), and terrain variability (SD of slope), (iii) a min–max normalized composite geodiversity index, and (iv) hotspot cells defined as GDI ≥ p90, plus the publication figure (Figure 1). To reproduce: run python scripts/00_run_all_obj1.py (see README.md). Contact: Aditya Narayan Rai adityanarayanrai01@gmail.com
