我们收集了 70, 482 个私人借贷类别的案例。每个案件都包括原告的诉讼请求、法庭辩论记录和判决结果。总共包含超过 410 万条话语和 133、209 条索赔。这是一个来自真实法庭的具有挑战性的数据集，通过利用案件的真实输入——原告的索赔和法庭辩论数据，以合理的百科全书方式预测法律判决，从中通过综合理解法庭辩论的多角色对话，自动识别案件事实，进而通过多任务学习学会判别诉讼请求，从而达成最终判决。

We collected 70,482 private lending case files. Each case includes the plaintiff's litigation claims, court debate transcripts and judgment results. In total, the dataset contains over 4.1 million utterances and 133,209 claims. This is a challenging real-world dataset sourced from actual courts. By leveraging the real-case inputs—plaintiffs' claims and court debate data—it enables the prediction of legal judgments in a rigorous, encyclopedia-aligned manner. Specifically, it first automatically identifies case facts through comprehensive understanding of the multi-role dialogues in court debates, then learns to distinguish litigation claims via multi-task learning, and ultimately reaches the final judgment.
