Microarray was used to find out the differentially expressed genes in Benign and Malignant Pancreatic Headmass Resulting genes could be further used to understand the disease as well as to identify transcriptomic biomarker. Total 26 Pancreatic headmass tissue samples were used, 6 Chronic Pancreatitis samples, 11 Pancreatic Adenocarcinoma samples and 9 Adjascent Normal samples were used.
